I. The contract is valid with Das Central (Commercial Registry No.: FN 37680 m Innsbruck).The contract comes into force upon paying for the voucher.
II. Order process
To keep ordering costs as low as possible, you can pay for the vouchers directly by credit card and the voucher will be sent to you for free by email. Vouchers can also be sent out by post.
The vouchers come with a unique barcode which is needed for you to redeem the voucher. The customer is responsible for keeping the delivery of the vouchers a secret, if required. ‘Das Central’ bears no responsibility for the misuse of vouchers. Each voucher can only be redeemed once.
III. Minimum age
Only persons of 18 years of age and over are authorised to make purchases from our Internet Shop.
IV. Prices and Products
- Purchased or ordered vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. If your consumption is less than the value of the voucher, Das Central will issue another credit voucher.
- Invoices for tax purposes can not be issued until the time the actual service is claimed, i.e. when the voucher is redeemed (VAT legislation).
- No liability will be accepted for delays in postal delivery.
- The voucher is not valid until the amount due has been paid in full.
V. The vouchers include statutory VAT; this shall be effected upon using the voucher services.
VI. Photographs may not depict objects exactly as they appear. Offers subject to error or amendment.
VII. Guarantee and data protection
Your security is the highest priority. Therefore all data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name and address are transmitted via a secure SSL connection. This ensures that your data can not be accessed by unauthorised parties during transmission via the internet. We also use a range of additional safety measures to ensure your security in our voucher shop.
Your details will be processed with the aid of automated technology. The customer agrees to receive advertising information from ‘Das Central’ hotel in accordance with the general terms of business.
VIII. Exchanges and returns
Please return any vouchers which do not meet your expectations, in the original packaging, within 14 days. As long as you notify 'Das Central' hotel that you wish to cancel within this period, it will be accepted. There is no need for you to state any reason for cancellation. However, there is no right of cancellation if the service is initiated as agreed within the cancellation period. This right of cancellation is valid for customers who are consumers within the meaning of consumer protection legislation.
IX. Loss
A replacement cannot be provided by ‘Das Central’ in the event of loss, theft or devaluation of vouchers.
X. Personal details
Upon completing his/ her personal details (in particular, the mail address), the buyer agrees to the identification, storage and processing of the details provided in the submitted form for marketing and advertising purposes. The buyer expressly agrees in particular to the saving of these details.
